Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment is needed during opening hours. Call ahead if you’d like to see a large selection.
When will my click & collect order be ready?
Orders are ready from 11am the next business day. We’ll email you once your order is ready to pickup (order completed email).
Can I pick up on the same day?
Yes. Order online first, then call (02) 9748 0702 with your order number and it’s ready in about 2 hours, during opening hours.
What do I need to bring to collect?
To ensure a smooth pickup of kitchen handles in the Sydney showroom, please bring along your order confirmation email and a valid form of photo ID.
Can I buy in the showroom or only online?
You can do either way, but using click and collect saves time by letting you skip in-store aisle browsing and checkout queues.
Can I send someone else to collect my order?
Yes, if you can’t make it to our showroom in person, you can nominate another person to collect your kitchen handles for you. All they’ll need is your order number and confirmation details.
Do you offer bulk order pickup for trades or large projects?
Absolutely. Our showroom can happily accommodate trade orders or bulk collections for bigger projects. We recommend contacting our team beforehand so we can ensure everything is ready for you when you arrive.
